This board has been given a food safe mineral oil application and then a mineral oil/beeswax finish. We recommend repeating this treatment as your board starts to lose its luster or with heavy use.
Care and cleaning: wipe with a damp cloth and mild dish detergent and rinse. NEVER put your board in the dishwasher or soak in water or allow water to sit on the surface. Towel dry. Recommended storage: on edge so, both faces receive air flow.
