End-Grain Cutting Board (5168)

$75.00

This end-grain cutting board is not only functional but stylish also.

This is a one-of-a-kind item. What you see in the photographs is what you will receive.

Made of various hardwoods (may contain hickory/birch/walnut/cherry/maple/sapele/etc.).

Each of our end grain boards are unique and end-grain boards allow you to cut between the wood fibers, which means your knives will stay sharp for longer and it will leave less visible marks on the surface, allowing the product to last for many years.

This board measures approximately 12” x 16” x 1” thick.

Each board has been given a food safe mineral oil application and then a mineral oil/beeswax finish. We recommend repeating this treatment as your board starts to lose its luster or with heavy use.

Care and cleaning: wipe with a damp cloth and mild dish detergent and rinse. NEVER put your board in the dishwasher or soak in water or allow water to sit on the surface. Towel dry. Recommended storage: on edge so, both faces receive air flow.

Wood is a natural material and will change over time. Most woods will gradually darken, especially cherry, paduak, and purpleheart. These natural changes do not affect the quality or durability of the item; in fact they often enhance the depth, warmth, and richness of the wood’s appearance over time. We make every effort to ensure your order meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship, but handmade items are not mass produced and will have slight variations.
