Large End-Grain Cutting Board with Juice Grove (5216)

$180.00

This is the perfect end-grain board to cut-up and serve a fresh brisket or fall off the bone ribs.

This is a one-of-a-kind item. What you see in the photographs is what you will receive.

Made of various hardwoods (maple/cherry/walnut/hickory, etc.).

This beautiful end-grain board measures 24” x 16” x 1" thick, and has rubber feet to keep it from sliding on your countertop. The board also has finger groves on the bottom to allow for easier pick up.

This cutting board has been treated with food safe mineral oil application and then a mineral oil/beeswax finish.  We recommend repeating this treatment as your board starts to lose its luster or with heavy use.

Care and cleaning: wipe with a damp cloth and mild dish detergent and rinse. NEVER put your board or tray in the dishwasher or soak in water or allow water to sit on the surface. Towel dry. Recommended storage: on edge so both faces receive air flow, until completely dry.

Wood is a natural material and will change over time. Most woods will gradually darken, especially cherry, paduak, and purpleheart. These natural changes do not affect the quality or durability of the item; in fact they often enhance the depth, warmth, and richness of the wood’s appearance over time. We make every effort to ensure your order meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship, but handmade items are not mass produced and will have slight variations.
