These folding mancala boards measure 5 ½” x 17 ½” x ¾” when open, and then close to store the pieces to 5 ½” x 8 ¾” x 1 ½”. Each board comes with small magnets in the corners to help stay closed when storing. Each board comes with 48 various colored glass gems with storage bag and playing instructions.
Each mancala board is finished with semi-gloss lacquer for greater protection.
Please ensure that you select the correct variation letter when placing order, as the board pictured is the board you will receive.
Note:
1. There will be color variations within the glass gem playing pieces from those pictured.
2. These game pieces can pose a choking hazard to children.
3. If you prefer a different variation in a board, please message us.
We make every effort to ensure your order meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship, but handmade items are not mass produced and will have slight variations. Because these boards are handcrafted using natural hardwoods, there may be some variations in color or minor imperfections. We make every effort to work around bigger blemishes in the wood such as knots, splits, etc., to make your finished product as beautiful as possible. Because of this, actual measurements may vary. Also, colors may vary from one display to the next. Wood is a natural material and will change over time. Most woods will gradually darken, especially cherry, paduak, and purpleheart. These natural changes do not affect the quality or durability of the item; in fact they often enhance the depth, warmth, and richness of the wood’s appearance over time.
