Round Charcuterie Lazy Susan with Cutting Board Insert
A friend mentioned one day being at a party, and the charcuterie board was so wide, they were having to reach over people and items to get what they wanted. So we started thinking, and our Round Charcuterie Lazy Susan w/cutting board insert was born!
These approximately 20” round by ¾” thick boards feature a removeable cutting board center approximately 10” round by ¾” mounted on a lazy susan base for a total height of approximately 2 ¼”.
Imagine the possibilities – a cheese ball in the middle with various crackers all around, all accessible with a slight turn of the table. Or maybe all the condiments land in the center, with all the meats on the outer rim. Or cheese in the middle, fruit on the edges – your only limited by your imagination.
A truly unique charcuterie board will not only have people talking about what you served, but also how you served it. The cutting board insert and 20” round is finished with food safe mineral oil and food safe wax. The base is made from similar/matching wood as the top, finished with several coats of lacquer, and has rubber feet on it to prevent scratching the surface that you sit it on and keep it from sliding.
For cleanup, wipe with a damp cloth, but do not submerge in water or place in dishwasher.
The hardware is galvanized steel, with ball bearings for smooth quiet operation and durability and can hold up to 400 lbs.
